One of my popular quotes by His Holiness the Dalai Lama" Sometimes not getting what you want is a Blessing in disguise" holds very much true to a singular event that had plagued my moment to life for the last 4-5 years and the residue is still bugging me.
Eventhough, I know theoretically that Past is better forgotten but past memories keep flashing back and blinding my attention from the present.
The past haunts me like a terrible nightmare or a horror movie almost choking me and suffocating me to death.
Why all these emotions and how do I manage and steer myself out of this blackout? None of the techniques, both ancient, new and hybrid works so effectively.
They say " there is no Hell outside our mind and no Devil greater than the play of our mind" I just Hope that sooner rather than later that the dark cloud of my attachment to past lifts off gradually as I persevere and reveal the Glorious Sun of Wisdom and Liberation......
